Shipping Policy

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During new collection launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Freda Head is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, lost or stolen packages after delivery, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Online Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale and clearance merchandise
  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Toys 
  • Stationary 

To begin a return, please email shopfredahead@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning before sending your item back.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
