SHIPPING POLICY

Any purchase made over $150 will qualify for free shipping. All purchases will be shipped and processed within one week of purchase. Fredahead is not liable for any postage expenses for merchandise that are returned. 

The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition (without deodorant marks, make-up residue, heavy perfume, pet hair, and/ or odor) in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund or credit. Products returned that are not in exact condition as shipped will be returned to the sender. Shipping/restocking charges for returns are $12 and are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.
